Access to notary journal records is limited and may only be released:
At your written request or your authorized representative
By court order
To the Secretary of State, as required

Cancellation & Wait Policy
I understand that schedules can change, and I’m happy to work with you whenever possible.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call as soon as possible.
Appointments canceled within 1 hour of the scheduled time will incur a $25 cancellation fee.
Wait Time
A 10-minute grace period is included with your appointment. If you’re running late, just send a quick message—I’ll do my best to accommodate you.
After the grace period, a $1.50 per minute wait fee may apply if you’d still like to proceed with your appointment.
If there is no communication, the appointment will be canceled and the cancellation fee will apply.

Notarial Certificates
The notarial certificate is the responsibility of the Notary. If an error is identified, please contact me promptly so a correction appointment can be scheduled.
Apostille Documents
Documents processed through the Secretary of State will include an official staple and corner seal.
Please do not remove or tamper with these attachments.
Impressions Mobile Notary is not responsible for any additional costs or reprocessing fees resulting from altered or damaged Apostille documents after delivery.
Third-Party Services
While every effort is made to ensure timely handling, Impressions Mobile Notary is not responsible for:
Courier delays, lost packages, or damages
Shipping or delivery timeframes
Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances
If documents must be resubmitted, applicable government and service fees will apply.
Notarization Requirements
For your protection and to remain compliant with notarial laws, services may be declined or stopped if:
A signer does not appear to understand the document
A signer appears to be under pressure or coercion
Valid, acceptable identification is not provided
If an appointment is canceled or unable to proceed for the reasons above, the travel fee will still apply, as time and travel have already been committed based on the information provided during booking.
